Our personnel have produced billions of components - the vast majority being close tolerance stampings requiring heat-treating, surface finishing, and/or plating.

Our tooling is CLASS A quality and capable of handling life of program production. We use standard A-2, D-2, Carbide and specialty tool steel as well as propriety lubrication systems to produce residue free parts with cosmetic quality finishes.
